🔍 Important Updates to Note:
- New Location: The new site is located at wholesale.bytomic.com
- Current B2B site retirement: bytomicdistribution.com will be phased out by 08/05/2024. If you wish to download any old invoices prior to then please do so.
- Order History: We were unable to transfer order history to the new site. However, we can still provide invoices from previous orders upon request from our ERP system.
- Back in Stock Notifications: Previous notifications won't carry over, but you can easily sign up again on product pages to stay informed about your favourite items.
- Transparent Pricing: All pricing on product pages now includes applicable VAT
🔄 How to Access Your New Account:
- Login Details: Ensure you use the correct email associated with your account. Login Here
- Passwordless Login: Receive a 6-digit code via email for 2FA when logging in from new devices.
- Select Your Location: Choose the location for which you are ordering and click "go to store" in the top right of the page.
- Shop As Usual: Browse our selection and place your orders as you normally would.
🚀 What We're Working On:
- New Facility: We're moving to a new warehousing facility in May. While this may cause slight delays to some orders in the short term, it is crucial for us to continue to provide you with our usual service. We expect to return to normal operations by June.
- Returns Portal: To make it easier for you to return & exchange products, we will be implementing a new returns portal soon.
- Much more! Replatforming the site, alongside moving our internal ERP system has given us the flexibility to make improvements on a regular basis. This whole process has taken almost two years so we are keen to show you what this next evolution of Bytomic is capable of.
