The Century BOB Freestanding Punch Bag (NEW 2019 Model) is designed for realistic self-defense training, featuring a more lifelike body shape, enhanced material, and an improved assembly method. Ideal for sparring techniques and target work, BOB is a body mannequin with a vinyl "skin" for added realism. With seven height adjustments ranging from 60 inches to 78 inches, it is perfect for punching and striking. Suitable for home use, BOB is filled with high-density urethane foam and sits on a durable, high-strength plastisol base that can be filled with water or sand, weighing approximately 270lbs when filled. For expanded training, the BOB XL offers a longer torso for kicks.
