Bytomic Padded Elbow Guard size guide
The Bytomic Padded Elbow Guard (Red Label Elasticated Elbow Guard family) protects the elbows during pad work, sparring and bag rounds. The elasticated sleeve with hook-and-loop strap fits four adult sizes (XS to Large) covering most arm widths. Find matching protection across the Bytomic collection.
Fit tip: Measurement A is forearm circumference at the widest point, B is upper-arm circumference and C is sleeve length. If you sit between two sizes the elasticated stretch gives roughly +/- 1 cm — sizing down keeps the pad snug against quick elbow strikes.

How to measure
- Forearm circumference: Wrap a flexible tape around the forearm just below the elbow joint.
- Upper-arm circumference: Wrap the tape around the upper arm just above the elbow joint.
- Sleeve length: Measure the length of cover you need across the elbow joint.
