Bytomic Performer Reversible Chest Guard Size Guide
The Bytomic Performer Reversible Chest Guard is a lace-back foam chest protector suitable for point sparring across Karate, Taekwondo and Kickboxing. Sized XS to XXL by chest circumference, the lace-back lets the same shell fit a 6 cm range per size. Find matching protection across the Bytomic collection.
Fit tip: Chest guards sit over your dobok or rashguard, so measure with the kit you'll wear underneath in mind. Wrap a flexible tape around the chest at the widest point (mid-pec / armpit level) and read across to the closest band. The lace-back adjusts roughly +/- 3 cm per size.

How to measure
- Chest circumference: Wrap a flexible tape around the widest part of your chest, level under the armpits, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Measure over the dobok / rashguard you'll spar in.
