Century shin & instep guards cover from below the kneecap down across the top of the foot. Sized by shin length, with the foot pocket scaled in proportion.
Fit tip: the instep pocket should sit snug across the top of the foot without restricting toe movement.

How to measure
- Shin length: sit with knee bent at roughly 90 degrees; measure from the bottom of the kneecap straight down to the top of the ankle bone.
- Instep: the foot pocket scales with the shin length — a correctly sized guard will rest the strap across the arch comfortably.
