Roll Supreme Fight Shorts Size Guide
Roll Supreme jiu jitsu shorts size by waist measurement in inches. The waistband is elasticated with an internal drawstring, so a slightly looser fit cinches in without slipping during scrambles or guard passes.
Fit tip: Roll Supreme shorts run true to size. If you are between two sizes, size up — the elasticated waist will pull in to your true waist while still leaving room for full mount and butterfly guard movement.

How to measure
- Waist: wrap a soft tape around your natural waistline (roughly above the hip bones, below the rib cage). Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Stand relaxed, breathe out, and read the measurement in inches.
- Between sizes: size up. The elasticated waist with internal drawstring will cinch in fine and the looser leg opening gives more freedom for high kicks and guard passing.
- 2-in-1 dual-layer shorts: the inner compression liner sizes off the same waist measurement as the outer shell — no separate sizing.
