Top Ten Shin Instep Guards Size Chart
Top Ten Shin Instep Guards (the full-coverage shin + instep family) build on the WAKO Shin Guard with a foot-protecting instep flap. Sized identically by shin length with a +/- 1 cm tolerance. Find matching gear in the Top Ten collection.
Fit tip: Top Ten publishes a +/- 1 cm tolerance per size. Measure shin length below the knee to ankle, then choose the closest band. The elasticated stocking pulls calf width snug across any band.

How to measure
- Shin length: Stand or sit with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the ankle bone.
- Calf width: Wrap a tape around the upper calf for the elasticated stocking fit.
