Top Ten boxing gloves (Superfight 3000, IBA Competition, WAKO Approved) follow the same oz-to-bodyweight convention as the rest of competition boxing. The size you choose depends on your training use — sparring needs heavier padding than bag work. Find matching gear in the Top Ten collection.
Fit tip: Top Ten gloves are known for their dense, weight-true padding — a Top Ten 12 oz hits softer than many 18 oz gloves from other brands. For pad work go slightly lighter; for sparring follow the bodyweight chart below or go up one band for partner protection. Top Ten sparring 16oz gloves are sold as one-size with adjustable strap.
