Century boxing and kickboxing gloves use the standard ounce (oz) weight system. Heavier gloves provide more padding for sparring; lighter gloves give faster hand-speed for bag and pad work.
Fit tip: match glove weight to your body weight and intended use. Pad and bag work runs lighter; sparring runs heavier for partner protection.
