Hayashi chest guards are body-sized XS to XL. Measure your chest circumference at the widest point and pick the matching size.
| Size | Chest Circumference |
|---|---|
| XS | 76 – 86 cm (30 – 34 in) |
| Small | 86 – 94 cm (34 – 37 in) |
| Medium | 94 – 102 cm (37 – 40 in) |
| Large | 102 – 110 cm (40 – 43 in) |
| XL | 110 – 119 cm (43 – 47 in) |
How to measure
- Chest circumference — wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, keeping it level.
- Between sizes — size up for full coverage when worn over a karate gi top.
