Fit tip: Compression rash guards are meant to feel tight. If you size off chest or t-shirt size you will usually end up too loose, the rash guard rides up during scrambles, and the seams chafe under the gi jacket. Trust the bodyweight column.

- Between sizes: the smaller size will give a competition-tight fit — ideal for no-gi and grappling tournaments. The larger size will feel more like a fitted t-shirt and is better for casual training and longer rolling sessions.
- Long-torso build: if your height puts you well above the average for your weight bracket (e.g. 6'2" at 75 kg), size up to avoid the rash guard riding up over your hips during inversions.
- Long-sleeve vs short-sleeve: same chart applies to both. Long sleeves stop at the wrist when sized correctly.
