Scramble women's tops, sports bras and bottoms (Hearts series, training tops and rashguards) are cut on a women's pattern with two consistent size grids — one for tops and one for shorts/leggings. Find your weight and height band and cross-check the chest or waist measurement that matches the item.

How to measure
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your bust with the tape level under the arms.
- Waist — measure around your natural waist where leggings or shorts would sit.
- Weight & height — use the band that brackets both, not just one.
- Sports bra — the Hearts crossover bra is medium-support; stay true to size for a snug, no-bounce fit. The dip-dyed fabric is 100% squat-proof.
- Leggings & shorts — the Hearts seamless range is compression-fit; size down if you're at the lower edge of a band for tighter compression.

The Scramble HEARTS range is a specially designed women’s activewear range, designed by their in-house designer Maya with consultation from our large team of female athletes. Designed to be complementary in colour, this range offers all dip-dyed fabric (meaning, they do NOT go see through – they are 100% squat and exercise proof) with subtle branding.
Perfect for the gym and everyday activities, treat this activewear collection in the same way you would treat your favourite leggings/tights and sports bras. They will also hold up to no gi training and are perfect for that extra layer under the kimono.
