- Sparring: Default to 16 oz regardless of bodyweight — most UK gyms require 16 oz for partner safety.

The Twins Special BGVL3 Boxing Gloves are a Muay Thai gym classic, handmade in Thailand from premium leather over a dense, multi-layer foam core that spreads impact to protect you and your training partners. The rounded, pre-curved shape and attached thumb give a natural, comfortable fit from the first round.
A wide hook-and-loop wrist strap wraps right around for firm support on the bag, the pads and in sparring, while the hard-wearing leather shell is built to take daily gym use.
