- Sparring: Default to 16 oz regardless of bodyweight — most UK gyms require 16 oz for partner safety.
- Heavy bag / pads: 12 - 14 oz balances feedback with hand protection across most weight classes.

The Twins Special BGVL4 Boxing Gloves are the brand's benchmark sparring and bag glove, handmade in Thailand from premium leather over a dense multi-layer foam core that spreads impact and protects both you and your partner. The attached thumb and snug, pre-curved fit make them comfortable straight out of the box.
A wide hook-and-loop wrist strap locks the glove down for solid support on the bag, the pads and in sparring, while the durable leather shell stands up to daily gym use.
