Venum headguards are sized by head circumference for sparring protection across boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Many models in the range come in a single universal size with adjustable straps covering 51-60cm (20-23.5 in), while others use the standard M/L/XL grading below — always check the individual product page to see which system the headguard you're choosing uses. Pair with gloves and shin guards from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Some Venum headgear is one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps. Refer to individual product specifications for the exact sizing system on the model you want.

How to measure
- Head circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around your head, just above the eyebrows and ears, around the widest part of the back of the skull. Keep the tape level.
- Measure twice: Head circumference is easy to mis-measure if the tape isn't level — take two passes and use the larger of the two.
