Venum's men's rashguards — long-sleeve and short-sleeve — share a single compression-fit table. The cut is deliberately tight to deliver a second-skin feel that locks the muscles in place during BJJ, MMA, no-gi grappling and rolling. The sleeves and torso are cut from the same stretch panels, so the same chart applies whether you're picking up a long-sleeve rashguard, a short-sleeve compression top or a tank-style cross-training piece from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Rashguards are compression apparel — follow the size matching your measurements for that locked-in feel. For a lighter compression, choose one size above. If you're between two sizes, favour the chest measurement as your reference point.

How to measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under the armpits.
- Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your natural waistline, just above the hip bones.
- Front length: From the top of the shoulder seam down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve length: From the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
Not sure which size to pick? Sizing rashguards is forgiving thanks to the stretch fabric — if you're between sizes, go down for tighter compression or up for a more relaxed feel. Browse the full Venum collection for matching shorts, spats and compression gear.
Description
Description
Full-cover mat protection, the Venum Tactical XT long sleeve rash guard shields the arms and torso through grappling, bjj and mma training while holding a close, compressive fit. The four-way stretch fabric moves with the athlete across striking and groundwork, and flatlock seams sit flush so nothing rubs during longer rolls.
- Compressive four-way stretch construction for a supportive second-skin fit
- Long sleeves for added coverage against mat burns and scrapes
- Flatlock stitching throughout to reduce chafing during rolls
- Silicone-backed hem to anchor the garment and stop ride-up
- Moisture-wicking finish that helps manage sweat across a session
- Sublimated Tactical XT graphics that hold their colour wash after wash
- Full adult size run from Small through 2X-Large
A dependable full-cover layer for bjj and mma members, and a natural match with the Tactical XT shorts in the same range.
