Venum's men's rashguards — long-sleeve and short-sleeve — share a single compression-fit table. The cut is deliberately tight to deliver a second-skin feel that locks the muscles in place during BJJ, MMA, no-gi grappling and rolling. The sleeves and torso are cut from the same stretch panels, so the same chart applies whether you're picking up a long-sleeve rashguard, a short-sleeve compression top or a tank-style cross-training piece from the Venum collection.

Fit tip: Rashguards are compression apparel — follow the size matching your measurements for that locked-in feel. For a lighter compression, choose one size above. If you're between two sizes, favour the chest measurement as your reference point.

Venum's published values are in inches — multiply by 2.54 to convert to cm if needed.

How to measure

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under the armpits.
• Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your natural waistline, just above the hip bones.
• Front length: From the top of the shoulder seam down to the bottom hem.
• Sleeve length: From the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
