Venum's men's training shorts are cut wide and comfortable, with the bottom of the shorts finishing just above the knee — the right balance for cross-training, S&C work, MMA conditioning and pad rounds. Elasticated waistbands hold the position through plyometrics and lateral movement. Pair with rashguards or compression tops from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Elasticated waistbands have +/- 3cm of flex without losing the fit. If you're between two sizes, use the thigh length as your reference point.

How to measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point, just above the hip bones.
- Thigh length: Stand straight and measure from the top of the hip down the side of the leg to where the shorts should finish — training shorts hit just above the knee.
