Venum MMA gloves are open-fingered grappling gloves sized by hand circumference rather than ounce weight. They're built for clinch work, ground transitions and striking, with palm padding that doesn't restrict grip. Pair with shin guards, headguards and rashguards from the Venum collection.
Fit tip: Account for the type of hand wraps you use under the glove — a quick wrap adds less bulk than a full Mexican wrap. If you're between two sizes, choose the smaller size for the closest fit and best grip security.

How to measure
- Hand circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your dominant hand, just below the knuckles. Keep your hand flat with fingers together.
