The fabric is elastic but not adjustable — sizing is driven by the circumference of your ankle. How to measure
- Ankle circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around the narrowest point of your ankle, just above the bony part of the ankle joint.
- Measure both ankles: They're often slightly different sizes. Use the larger measurement.
- Measure cold: If your ankle swells after training, measure before a session for the most useful baseline.
