The fabric is elastic but not adjustable — sizing is driven by the circumference of your ankle. Fit tip: For increased compression and tighter support, opt for the smaller size in your range. For lighter compression and more comfort over long sessions, opt for the larger.

How to measure

• Ankle circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around the narrowest point of your ankle, just above the bony part of the ankle joint.
• Measure both ankles: They're often slightly different sizes. Use the larger measurement.
• Measure cold: If your ankle swells after training, measure before a session for the most useful baseline.
